BILLETS is a Joomla Support Ticket and Help Desk component from the crew behind JUGA and MANGA. We built BILLETS for our internal use on Dioscouri.com and as a result it has undergone the intense pressures of supporting our JUGA users (now 13,000+ strong!). BILLETS is simple, intuitive, powerful and clean. It supports multiple languages, is SEF, and has an intuitive dashboard for easy access to all of BILLETS' features, including marking a ticket for follow-up and easy internal tracking and responses. User feedback is also a part of closing Support Tickets, so you are constantly hearing from your users what they think of your level of support (displayed through our handy Feedback Statistics module on the admin-side). We have some ideas for what BILLETS could become as we further develop it, but we would nevertheless love feedback from you!
